About this deal

The Ageas Bowl's, including Hilton at The Ageas Bowl, broad range of stylish and luxurious suites, cutting edge audio-visual capabilities and bespoke catering provision, deem the venue the ideal location for a vast array of meetings and conferences. Pyle "was a Pulitzer Prize–winning American journalist and war correspondent who is best known for his stories about ordinary American soldiers during World War II." He was a famous reporter then. He was killed by enemy fire in the Okinawa campaign in April 1945. Per the review that follows, "As a combat reporter, Pyle surpassed all others working during the Second World War...." Boasting a multitude of thermal experiences and luxurious journeys, you’re sure to find yourself emerging brighter, refreshed and re-connected.

An excellent compilation of newspaper columns written by WWII war correspondent Ernie Pyle from the fighting in Europe and published in 1944. Pyle was killed the following year on Iwo Jima, but he was especially popular for his intimate style of reporting that focused on the perspective of soldiers instead of the generals. This time the ball tails in to hit leg stump, it's far too good for Tymal Mills and the Phoenix win by 53 runs.

The chapter on the Anzio-Nettuno beachhead brought to life the deadly predicament of those trapped there. Ernie Pyle was a war correspondent during World War II. Oh, he did many other things but this is what he is most remembered for. He hobnobbed with generals and other high ranking officers as well as more junior grade officers. He spent time with airmen and sailors, staff officers and men, artillery and tankers. But Ernie Pyle loved the dog face, the men who sheltered in fox holes and slept on the cold, hard ground, the men who were on the front line; the infantrymen. Michael Hogan's bat maker is actually a friend of mine, but alas the veteran seamer is very much a tail ender. Hogan dances down and attempts to hit Matt Parkinson down the ground but misses and Phil Salt whips off the bails. (Not a reflection on the quality of your workmanship, Danny). Anya Shrubsole may have retired from England duty but the pace bowler, who has a lethal inswinger, still has plenty to give.

Both finals are live on BBC Two and BBC iPlayer from 14:00 BST on Sunday. Brilliant Buttler puts on a show Whether you’re wishing for a little ‘me-time’, a pamper day with friends or a weekend away with a loved one, look no further, allow eforea's expert team to take it from here. It's a learning lesson that you don't have to hit every ball out of the middle of the bat. And hopefully the more I play the more I can learn and improve."

Southern Brave were branded favourites for the men’s competition after last year’s draft and, while the withdrawal of Andre Russell is obviously a blow, it is still difficult to look past Mahela Jayawardene’s charge. James Vince raced to 20 from nine balls in Brave's reply before he was dismissed by a brilliant caught and bowled by Sean Abbott. McCullin is the master of laying it all down, the truth as he saw it, every last piece of spit, blood and dirt. His is never a cold, clinical eye; you can feel the empathy, the horror, even the confusion of the man behind the lens.

Ernest Taylor Pyle was an American journalist who wrote as a roving correspondent for the Scripps Howard newspaper chain from 1935 until his death in combat during World War II. He won the Pulitzer Prize in 1944. Southern Brave are probably not going to win this game but Tim David is going to try and get them as close as possible.

If you’re planning a birthday party, awards ceremony, anniversary celebration or wedding day and reception, The Ageas Bowl and Hilton at The Ageas Bowl’s superb choice of suites and personalised service assure luxury and unsurpassed quality. In the emergency of war our nation's powers are unbelievable. The strength we have spread around the world is appalling even to those who make up the individual cells of that strength. I am sure that in the past two years I have heard soldiers say a thousand times, "If only we could have created all this energy for something good." But we rise above our normal powers only in times of destruction. That was so weird. James Vince looked properly confused, Maxwell grinned as if to say, "I'll take it".
